Tales of the Riverbank

I live near Glasgow and close to the river Clyde. The area and its rich cultural and industrial heritage has always intrigued me. From fishing to shipbuilding, both industries are now in decline with the subsequent loss of cultures and skills. The UK’s fleet of nuclear submarines has generated significant debate locally and nationally because of its current threatening presence. For the past ten years, I have been working on a series of artworks that use drawing, photography and mixed media to produce limited edition digital inkjet prints (each print is available in an edition of 15).
